How it works

  • Customize & Place an Order

    After you make all your customization choices, place your order. We will contact you within 48hrs to confirm the details of your order. Once we confirm everything, we will then charge your payment method the price of the order, a lot of the time, it will be less then what you were initially shown. But do keep in mind that high-karat gold requests may be much more then anticipated once we check the Egyptian market.

  • Handmake Process Begins

    Once we take payment, our craftsman immediatley get to work obtaining the raw metals and then begin handmaking the jewelry. This entire process takes us about 20 days to make your items.

  • Overseas Shipping

    The final part of the process is shipping from Egypt to the U.S. Shipping times range from 20 - 40 days in total. The entire order, from the day you place it, to when we get it into your hands will take 45 to 60 days.

Now, whenever we cross a certain $ threshold of orders per month, we refund the shipping cost to everyone in that period and shipping for future orders is free for the remainder of that month!
